Herman is a dual national of Australia and Canada with a Degree in Economics & Communication from the University of Toronto with over 10 years of accumulated experience, both in corporate and as an entrepreneur, in Supply Chain & Logistics, International Business & Trading, Business Development, and Management. He is a co-founder of WLLLB International Group and Forte Global Group and was also responsible for expanding Forte into South East Asia – Hong Kong & Kuala Lumpur.

Herman has lived and excelled in 5 different countries during his career that enabled him to broaden his world view and become well versed in multiculturalism. As a result, he has been successful in building a vast network across the globe, linking people and businesses, and being able to identify opportunities that would lead to various opportunities for Forte Global.

Herman currently manages Forte Global (M) Sdn Bhd out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and handles all the supply allocation, supply relationships, and exportation of Nitrile Gloves to Forte’s clients. He is also responsible for exploring business opportunities in Malaysia and South East Asia Regions

Karl Wynter

Karl Wynter is a Canadian national and resident. He is one of the founders of WLLB International Group FZC in 2013, where he is in charge of the management of the Dubai division since its inception handling relationships with customs, refineries and banks. Karl is responsible for WLLB’s corporate relations with Emirates DMCC and Dubai Customs. Karl has also managed market research and investment strategy for development of villas in Barbuda.

In 2014 Karl was the co-founder of Forte Global, a commodity trading company, dealing in the trade of various minerals. Karl is in charge of the importing segment of Forte Global activities from Africa to UAE.

 In 2019, Karl Wynter became the Co-Founder of KBL Smart Solutions, a general trading company, with locations in UAE and Hong Kong.  Karl’s key role is building and cultivating relationships on a global scale.

Since 2020, Karl has been heavily involved in the PPE sector. Karl manages relations and assists in operations of the importing of nitrile gloves into the North American markets.

Throughout the years with Forte, WLLB and KBL, Karl has been continuously growing and strengthening  business relationships with existing and new partners worldwide in order to create a strategic alliances and widen the range of various areas of global commodity trade for all companies.

Over the past 10 years, Karl has been traveling the world, getting a close look at how international trade is commenced world wide. Karl has been continuously building solid relationships internationally that strengthening trade relations  with our clients globally. 

Luke Leszczynski

Luke was born in Poland and is currently a Canadian resident. Luke finished Economic Profiled High School in Nowy Sacz with a major in accounting and finance. Luke then attended the National Louis University earning a Business Administration degree.

Luke worked as a sales representative at his family-owned beverages distribution company, being one of 14 largest beverage distribution centers in the country. Luke also owned restaurant in Poland for three years before coming to Canada in 2001.

Until 2012 Luke worked in cooperation with LACH Import Export in importing lumber and road salt from Ukraine to Germany.

Since 2011 Luke has devoted his time to sourcing various minerals and precious metals. He has been traveling to Africa conducting market and supply research, explorations and prospecting preparations.

In 2013 Luke became a co- founder of WLLB International Group in Dubai where he is currently handling customer relations with Indonesian ad Canadian investors as well as managing ongoing gold trade operations between Ghana and UAE.

In 2014 Luke was part of the team who founded FORTE Global, commodity platform mainly based on African suppliers of various minerals and metals such as copper, bauxite and precious metals. Luke is part of the team that successfully secured steady and secured gold trading operations as well as mining activities on both alluvial and hard rock fields.

In 2019 Luke was part of the team opening a new division of minerals sourcing team “KBL Smart Solutions” from Brazil where since 2017 he’s expanded the network of suppliers of manganese ore from Para state as well as establishing warehousing and export facilities in Bacarena next to Vila do Conde port. Luke was managing exports of the ore to the European clients.

Since 2020, Luke is engaged in the PPE operations with Forte’s sister company Forte Global Malaysia and is responsible for all imports of nitrile gloves to the Canadian market.

Azfar Farid

PARTNER, FINANCE & OPERATIONS FOR FORTE GLOBAL (M) SDN BHD

Azfar was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with a background in Economics, Investment Analysis and Islamic Law (Islamic Finance). Azfar started his career as an Investment Banker in one of the biggest Investment Banks in Malaysia. He was involved in various Corporate Finance exercises, from IPO to Mergers & Acquisitions.

In addition to his tenure in Investment Bank, he was in charge of Investments of a well-known conglomerate in Malaysia who was involved in Construction, Property Development, Road Maintenance, and Palm Oil Plantations amongst others.

Since 2015, Azfar ventured into the Oil & Gas and Marine Services industry with his partners operating in West and East Malaysia.

Through his networking in Malaysia, Azfar became a partner of Forte Global Malaysia and work hand-in-hand with Forte Global Group to explore business opportunities in Malaysia and South East Asia region.
